Joint Degrees
Earning a joint degree offers online nursing graduates added benefit and expertise expanding nursing career opportunities both in the United States of America and abroad. Online nursing students may apply for a joint program either at the preliminary admissions stage or after enrolling. Online nursing students who desire to enter a joint degree nursing program while previously in a nursing degree program must do so in writing and proceeding to entering the capstone series of courses. Moreover, Online nursing students must complete the required courses of the joint program before commencement the capstone series.

The prospectus consists of courses in the online nursing degree program core, online nursing service management, and business organization. Courses in the nursing service management major particularly focus on managerial theory, managerial processes and operations, human resources management (HRM), financial analysis and administration, and health policy issues. A minimum of sixty nursing graduate credit hours is required by the online college of nursing and health. Course work in the nursing college of business specially focuses on financial analysis, operations, and premeditated management; global economics and spirited analysis; advanced analytical nursing skills and technology; and marketing. The College of business particularly requires a minimum of sixty six quarter credit hours, forty eight hours of which are college of business core courses. At least one not obligatory must be taken in an international area. Twelve credit hours taken in the nursing college and health may be used to meet college of business optional requirements. Course work to meet both online degrees can be consummate in seven academic quarters of full-time study.

The MBA/MS in nursing joint degree program is exclusively designed to prepare nurse administrators for top-level administration positions in various fitness care settings. As with other online nursing graduate joint degrees, admission is necessary. Online nursing students classically complete their necessary course work over five semesters and one summer of full-time study. All already admitted online nursing students should register in the online math camp offered through in the summer prior fall enrollment in online nursing school. As with other joint qualified and graduate nursing degrees, the number of hours compulsory to earn the MBA credential is reduced from sixty one to forty nine hours because Owen will give credit for twelve hours of course work from the online nursing school.
The main objective of this joint degree program is to organize leaders who facilitate and symbolize the competencies necessary to help transform fitness service organizations and healthiness systems as a whole.
